How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email address and a password. Tap "Sign In" on the app's home screen to get started.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link — be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings within the app. Tap "Delete My Account" and follow the confirmation steps. Please note that deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including event check-ins, club memberships, and saved companies.
Is my data kept private?
Your personal information is only used within the Cal Poly CM platform and is not shared with third parties. Event data and memberships are accessible to authorized club administrators.
The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, check that you're running the latest version from the App Store, then restart your device. If problems continue, please contact us below.
